I've tipped the scales at 182 and decided it's time to get back into shape. I thought if I stopped working out everyday that I could get my school work completed faster. Wrong!!!!
Instead I've been putting off homework and getting fat.
I've been running/spinning for the past two weeks. I've even gotten Tara out on the a few runs.
I'm feeling better, but the weight hasn't started to drop yet.
Yesterday - 2.5 miles with Tara on gravel track then 3.5 miles around hood.
